To receive these incredibly low rates, all you have to do is join one of our representatives for a tour of one of our fabulous vacation properties and participate in a short survey.
The offer is designed for qualified married or cohabitating couples with matching addresses defined for purposes of this offer as those who are between the ages of 25-68 with a verifiable annual household income of at least $50,000 USD With a major credit card (Debit cards or prepaid cards are not accepted at check-in at Calypso Cay resort. Debit Cards are accepted at check-in at Silver Lake resort) for U.S. Citizens/Residents traveling. Single females 28-65 yrs of age only. (Minimum requirement may be higher and other qualifications may vary, based on destination and season of travel). Married or cohabitating couples must together attend a 90-minute VIP tour and sales presentation. Failure to qualify and attend the sales presentation will result in a surcharge of $100 and regular retail rate for lodging and removal of any gifts from package. For Open dated vacation packages travel during peak season, holidays, or during special events is subject to a surcharge. Blackout dates may apply. Additional nights are available at discounted prices.
This offer is limited to one offer per household and is not valid for persons residing within 60 miles of the destination resort. Taxes, gratuities, transportation or meals are not included in this offer. Promotion is void where prohibited by law and where state registration and/or licensing requirements have not been met. This offer is non-transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. This offer is not available to groups, family reunions (two or more families traveling together), current Host Resort owners, Host Resorts employees and their immediate families.

Orlando Park Vacations accepts no responsibility or liability for any damages, expenses or inconvenience due to loss, injury and/or any damage to any person or property for any cause whatsoever as a result of acceptance or use of the vacation offer. Orlando Park Vacations also accepts no responsibility for any verbal claims or representations other than those specified in this contract. Orlando Park Vacations reserves the right to substitute equivalent accommodations or locations if those stipulated in the open dated, or dated package are not available for any reason.
Persons who have toured the same Host Resort location within the last 12 months or that have participated in a Host Resorts' discounted promotional offer, requiring a tour, more than once are subject to a surcharge. Any cancellations after 7 days of purchase that are not within 72 hours of check-in dates will be subject to a $75 dollar cancellation fee. Date changes made at least 14 days prior to arrival dates are available at no additional charge.
Travel must be completed within six months from the date of purchase for open dated packages or as stated in the offer. No refunds after 30 days of purchase. Date changes made within 7 days prior to arrival dates and no shows will be subject to a charge of $25 plus the first night's room rate at the non-promotional rate.
